Dear great Deputy CM Sir, Any complaints / comments resolved ? because, every day i am watching this site and posting my comments and nothing was resolved.. pls. do needful. whatever complaints appearing in this site. atleast pass to the concerned departments and ask them to take necessary steps. This is the best way to express peoples grievances as well as requests. ie. need not go to collector office / commissioner office only sitting infront of the computer and sending the messages. I think you are the first Deputy CM of TN in India. Giving this kind of facility to peoples and to express their feelings and comments throw by web site.. thank u again.. expecting your immediate favor action. I have submitted my comments in this site but nothing was solved. pls. help us..

Special Renewal Concession
Respected Sir, My name is Rajabaskaran, aged 36 years residing at Manapakkam, Chennai. I have completed Diploma in Pharmacy from Madurai Medical College as a stipendiary candidate in year 1992 and registered with Govt. employment exchange the same year. I have been doing renewal of my registration duly till 2003 and the next due for renewal of my registration is 2006. Unfortunately, I have lost my employment card and recently I found the card and understood that I lost to renew my card since 2006. I understand that I have lost all my 17 years of seniority and I have to renew as a fresh candidate from the employment exchange. Meanwhile, I met with a road accident this year and I have been jobless for more than six months. I understand from the employment exchange web site that a special concession is given for the candidates who lost to renew during 2004 and 2005 reference No.27205/N2/2006-1, dated 18/08/2006. Also special concession given for the candidates who lost to renew during 2008 reference press release number 547 dated 27/08/2009 G.O No.478 dated 24/08/2009. I would like to bring to your kind attention that I am the single earning person of my family, I have two small children and I am struggling to manage my family expenses. I beg your grace to also raise a special renewal concession for the years 2006 and 2007 so that I will not lose my 17 long years of seniority and many unfortunate jobseekers like me would be benefited at your mercy. Dear Deputy CM sir, I am requesting since long time, because I am loosing 14 years seniority. Moreover, just only one renewal was missing even I posted a letter for renewal and it was missed at some where. This is further to my earlier many request for raising an employment exchange (PEEO) card renewal concession for the period during 2006 TO 2007. Already special concession given to the registrants those who have lost their seniority since 2004 to 2005. Letter no. 27205/n2/2006-1, Dt. On 18.08.2006. Like that, I am expecting not only me thousands of peoples are expecting your immediate action to offer Golden opportunity to the registrants (those who have lost their seniority since 2006 to 2007). Recently, Andhra Pradesh Government has given a Golden opportunity to the registrants by G.O. 1262 Dt. On 20-08-2009 i.e. Who have lapsed their seniority since 18-11-2006 to 30-06-2009. As a great successful Deputy CM, you may raise such an opportunity to the Tamil nadu unemployment registrants.

I came to know from the Employment Exchange Web Site that you have given special concession for the registrants whose registration had lapsed during the period 01/01/2004 to 31/12/2004 and 01/01/2005 to 31/12/2005 by letter No.27205/N2/2006-1, dated 18/08/2006. Also you have given special concession for the registrant whose registration lapsed during the period 01/01/2008 to 31/12/2008 by press release number 547 dated 27/08/2009 G.O No.478 dated 24/08/2009. I sincerely appreciate your effort that helped thousands of registrants in Tamilnadu. However, since you have not raised any special order for the period 1/1/2006 to 31/12/2007, the future of many of the aspirants including me is still at the dark, which you can enlighten with such a special order for the excluded period. In this juncture, I would also like to bring your kind notice to a similar resolution passed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh that enables the job aspirants of their state to renew their registration lapsed during the period 18/11/2006 to 30/06/2009 by order G.O.Rt.No.1262 dated 20/08/2009. If you can also raise such a special renewal concession for the years 2006 and 2007, many jobseekers including me would be benefited. Please kindly do the needful for my request. Employment office) I have registered my Post Graduation degree with Professional and Executive Employment Exchange, Chennai. On 26/02/2001. Please find the enclosed Identity card of my registration. Ref. Registration No: 2001F02865 Registration Date: 26/02/2001. I’ve renewed my registration on 23/02/2004 with the condition that the next renewal should be during February 2007. I have relocated to Trichy due to my marriage and not be able to renew it due to my pregnancy. Now we settled in Chennai. Please find the copy of our Ration Card. I Came to know that the opportunity has been given to those who fail to renew their registration can renew it now. With ref. to the information of the Government Order hereby I would like to renew my registration and make it up-to-date. After lot of complicated health problems just now I am little bit ok with my health. I can able to survive now. Last Sep 2008 I have gone to the employment office for the renewal of my registration. But couldn’t renewed my certificate, the reason they was, my registration is lapsed and they can't process the renewal. They also informed that I can re-register, in which case I will lose my four years of seniority. I am worried about this. Good after noon!! Hon`ble Deputy CM Sir, Please give special concession for the registrants whose registration had lapsed during the period 2006 - 2007. Already given by your government for 2004 to 2005 dt. on 18/08/2006. Now this time consider remaining years. Because, all these are happening due to excessive registrants coming to PEEO for making new registration as well as renewal cases. Even I posted a letter to peeo for renewal through by certificate of posting, but it was missed by peeo employees while handling the letters. Moreover, I could not ask them strictly. Because, I did not make registered post. That is that done by me and big mistake from my side. I humbly request you to that, pls. raise such a special renewal concession for those who affected graduates in tamil nadu. Many and many peoples including me would be benefited. REGARDING PEEO
I HAVE COMPLETED MY BE(EEE) IN 2003 AND REGISTERED THE SAME. THE RENEWAL IS 10/2006 BUT I WAS UNABLE TO DO AT THAT TIME. GOVERNMENT HAS GIVEN THE TIME OF 18 MONTHS FOR EXPIRY RENEWAL CASES. I HAVE SEND A REGISTERED LETTER TO REQUEST FOR RENEWAL(PEEO CHENNAI) DATED 19/06/2007-STILL NO REPLY FROM THAT OFFICE(SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE ATTACHED WITH MY LETTER) I THOUGHT MY REQUEST HAS ACCEPTED. AGAIN REGARDING MY RENEWAL STATUS I HAVE ASKED MADURAI PEEO AFTER 01/2009 THEY SAID ME WE HAVE TO CONFRM FROM CHENNAI AFTER GET THE RENEWAL (THEY GET ME A STAMPED ENVELOPE) THEY REPLY ME 23-01-2009 YOUR ENTRY LAPSED AGAIN I HAVE APPLY TO CHENNAI FOR MY LETTER DATED 05-02-2009 STILL NO REPLY SIR THEY WONT RESPONSE IN TELEPHONE ALSO I LOST MY 6 YRS SENIORITY SIR PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL

Special Renewal Concession
Respected Sir, My name is Rajabaskaran, aged 36 years residing at Manapakkam, Chennai. I have completed Diploma in Pharmacy from Madurai Medical College as a stipendiary candidate in year 1992 and registered with Govt. employment exchange the same year. I have been doing renewal of my registration duly till 2003 and the next due for renewal of my registration is 2006. Unfortunately, I have lost my employment card and recently I found the card and understood that I lost to renew my card since 2006. I understand that I have lost all my 17 years of seniority and I have to renew as a fresh candidate from the employment exchange. Meanwhile, I met with a road accident this year and I have been jobless for more than six months. I understand from the employment exchange web site that a special concession is given for the candidates who lost to renew during 2004 and 2005 reference No.27205/N2/2006-1, dated 18/08/2006. Also special concession given for the candidates who lost to renew during 2008 reference press release number 547 dated 27/08/2009 G.O No.478 dated 24/08/2009. I would like to bring to your kind attention that I am the single earning person of my family, I have two small children and I am struggling to manage my family expenses. I beg your grace to also raise a special renewal concession for the years 2006 and 2007 so that I will not lose my 17 long years of seniority and many unfortunate jobseekers like me would be benefited at your mercy. Dear Deputy CM sir, I am requesting since long time, because I am loosing 14 years seniority. Moreover, just only one renewal was missing even I posted a letter for renewal and it was missed at some where. This is further to my earlier many request for raising an employment exchange (PEEO) card renewal concession for the period during 2006 TO 2007. Already special concession given to the registrants those who have lost their seniority since 2004 to 2005. Letter no. 27205/n2/2006-1, Dt. On 18.08.2006. Like that, I am expecting not only me thousands of peoples are expecting your immediate action to offer Golden opportunity to the registrants (those who have lost their seniority since 2006 to 2007). Recently, Andhra Pradesh Government has given a Golden opportunity to the registrants by G.O. 1262 Dt. On 20-08-2009 i.e. Who have lapsed their seniority since 18-11-2006 to 30-06-2009. As a great successful Deputy CM, you may raise such an opportunity to the Tamil nadu unemployment registrants.

Respected Sir/Madam, This is further to my earlier request for raising a special renewal concession for the period including January 2007 for employment exchange registration to save my four years of seniority. I came to know from the Employment Exchange Web Site that you have given special concession for the registrants whose registration had lapsed during the period 01/01/2004 to 31/12/2004 and 01/01/2005 to 31/12/2005 by letter No.27205/N2/2006-1, dated 18/08/2006. Also you have given special concession for the registrant whose registration lapsed during the period 01/01/2008 to 31/12/2008 by press release number 547 dated 27/08/2009 G.O No.478 dated 24/08/2009. I sincerely appreciate your effort that helped thousands of registrants in Tamilnadu. However, since you have not raised any special order for the period 1/1/2006 to 31/12/2007, the future of many of the aspirants including me is still at the dark, which you can enlighten with such a special order for the excluded period. In this juncture, I would also like to bring your kind notice to a similar resolution passed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh that enables the job aspirants of their state to renew their registration lapsed during the period 18/11/2006 to 30/06/2009 by order G.O.Rt.No.1262 dated 20/08/2009. Ref. Registration No: 2001F02865 Registration Date: 26/02/2001. I’ve renewed my registration on 23/02/2004 with the condition that the next renewal should be during February 2007. I have relocated to Trichy due to my marriage and not be able to renew it due to my pregnancy. Now we settled in Chennai. Please find the copy of our Ration Card. I Came to know that the opportunity has been given to those who fail to renew their registration can renew it now. With ref. to the information of the Government Order hereby I would like to renew my registration and make it up-to-date. Good after noon!! Hon`ble Deputy CM Sir, Please give special concession for the registrants whose registration had lapsed during the period 2006 - 2007. Already given by your government for 2004 to 2005 dt. on 18/08/2006. Now this time consider remaining years. Because, all these are happening due to excessive registrants coming to PEEO for making new registration as well as renewal cases. Even I posted a letter to peeo for renewal through by certificate of posting, but it was missed by peeo employees while handling the letters. Moreover, I could not ask them strictly. Because, I did not make registered post. That is that done by me and big mistake from my side. I humbly request you to that, pls. raise such a special renewal concession for those who affected graduates in tamil nadu. Many and many peoples including me would be benefited. sir i have waiting for the announcement of 2006 laps for employment renewel but now 2008 laps cases only get the concesion last year give the chance for 2004-2005 but this year jumped to 2008 please do need ful for me to give theconcession or 2006 candidtes in employment exchanges

REGARDING PEEO
I HAVE COMPLETED MY BE(EEE) IN 2003 AND REGISTERED THE SAME. THE RENEWAL IS 10/2006 BUT I WAS UNABLE TO DO AT THAT TIME. GOVERNMENT HAS GIVEN THE TIME OF 18 MONTHS FOR EXPIRY RENEWAL CASES. I HAVE SEND A REGISTERED LETTER TO REQUEST FOR RENEWAL(PEEO CHENNAI) DATED 19/06/2007-STILL NO REPLY FROM THAT OFFICE(SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE ATTACHED WITH MY LETTER) I THOUGHT MY REQUEST HAS ACCEPTED. AGAIN REGARDING MY RENEWAL STATUS I HAVE ASKED MADURAI PEEO AFTER 01/2009 THEY SAID ME WE HAVE TO CONFRM FROM CHENNAI AFTER GET THE RENEWAL (THEY GET ME A STAMPED ENVELOPE) THEY REPLY ME 23-01-2009 YOUR ENTRY LAPSED AGAIN I HAVE APPLY TO CHENNAI FOR MY LETTER DATED 05-02-2009 STILL NO REPLY SIR THEY WONT RESPONSE IN TELEPHONE ALSO I LOST MY 6 YRS SENIORITY SIR PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL
